How do I place a return or exchange?
We are bummed your order didn't meet your expectations. To start a return or exchange, head to our Returns Portal here and enter your order number, it only takes a minute. If you run into any issues along the way, reach out to info@kaliprotectives.com and we will be happy to sort that out for you.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns/exchanges must be in resaleable condition to qualify. Items returned without the original packaging, documentation, tags, and labels are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Please make sure you save the box your helmet came in and have your order number ready in order to place your return. Then start your return through our Returns Portal here and we will handle the rest. You will be refunded in full using the same form of payment used to place the order.
If you added Checkout+ to your order, your return shipping label is covered, no additional charges. If you did not purchase coverage at checkout, you will still start your return through the same returns portal and a return label will be provided for you, you will just be responsible for the cost of the label.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives your order two layers of protection:
- Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, your return shipping label is covered.
- Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
A couple things to know: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oops, sorry about that. Please start a return through our Returns Portal here and let us know you received the wrong item when asked for your return reason, we will get it sorted right away. If you have any trouble with the portal, contact us at info@kaliprotectives.com.
